User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Your Right to Delete Data

At PT Dekornata Indonesia Berkarya, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time. This page explains how to submit a deletion request and what happens to your data.

2. Data We Store

When you use the Supernata app, we may collect and store:

  • Account Information: Name, phone number, email address
  • Saved Designs: Furniture designs you created and saved
  • Order History: Past orders, delivery addresses, transaction records
  • App Usage Data: Analytics and usage patterns
  • Uploaded Files: Images and files uploaded for custom orders

3. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

Option A: Via WhatsApp (Recommended)

Send a message to our WhatsApp: +628111924306

Include the following information:

  • Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
  • Your registered phone number
  • Your registered name or email
  • Confirm: "I request deletion of all my data"

Option B: Via Email

Send an email to: supernata.app@gmail.com

Subject: "Data Deletion Request"

Include your registered phone number and name for verification.

Option C: In-App (Coming Soon)

We are implementing an in-app deletion feature. Once available, you can delete your account directly from Settings > Account > Delete My Data.

4. What Gets Deleted

Upon processing your request, we will delete:

  • Your account profile and personal information
  • All saved furniture designs
  • Uploaded images and files
  • App usage and analytics data linked to your account

5. Data We May Retain

Certain data may be retained for legal and business purposes:

  • Transaction Records: Order and payment history may be retained for up to 5 years for tax and legal compliance
  • Legal Obligations: Data required to comply with Indonesian law
  • Anonymized Data: Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics may be retained

6. Processing Timeline

We will process your deletion request within:

  • Confirmation: Within 2 business days
  • Data Deletion: Within 14 business days
  • Complete Removal: Within 30 days from all backup systems

You will receive a confirmation message once your data has been deleted.

7. Important Notes

  • Data deletion is permanent and irreversible
  • You will lose access to all saved designs and order history
  • Any pending orders will still be processed and fulfilled
  • You may create a new account after deletion
