1. Scope

Applies to custom-built furniture and ready-stock items.

2. Custom-Built Furniture

Custom orders are not eligible for return or refund due to made-to-specification nature. Manufacturing defects trigger repair/replacement at no cost; refunds offered at company discretion if repair isn't feasible.

3. Ready-Stock Items

Seven-day return window from delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Original shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping is customer's responsibility unless items are defective.

4. Defective/Incorrect Items

Contact within seven days with photos. Company will repair, replace, or refund (covering return shipping if confirmed defective).

5. Ineligible Returns

Damage from misuse, improper installation, accidents, modifications, normal wear, color variations, missing packaging, or issues from undisclosed room constraints.

6. Order Changes

Custom orders changeable only before production starts. Ready-stock orders cancellable before dispatch.

7. How to Request Returns

Contact via WhatsApp or email with order details and photos of issues.

8. Processing Timeline

Returns inspected upon arrival; refunds processed within 7-14 business days.

9. Warranty

30-day workmanship guarantee covering defects (excludes misuse/accidents).
