Supernata offers custom and ready-stock furniture via our mobile app and website. Orders are subject to availability, production capacity, and service area limitations.

3. Orders & Pricing

  • Prices displayed are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include VAT (unless stated otherwise).
  • Prices may change without prior notice but confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.
  • Custom orders require full or partial upfront payment as specified during checkout.
  • Ready-stock items require payment before dispatch.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our platforms (logos, designs, images, text) is owned by PT Dekornata Indonesia Berkarya. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.

5. User Obligations

  • Provide accurate information (name, address, phone number) when placing orders.
  • Ensure delivery location is accessible and disclosed constraints (e.g., stairs, no lift) upfront.
  • Do not use our services for illegal purposes or misrepresent yourself.

6. Disclaimers

  • While we strive for accuracy, on-screen color representations may vary from actual products due to device displays.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, etc.).
  • Product dimensions may have slight variations (+/- 1 cm).

7. Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to the total value of the affected order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party payment processors, logistics partners, or analytics services. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party actions or failures.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
