1. Coverage Areas
Jabodetabek: Free shipping and installation on custom furniture orders over Rp 3.000.000. Ready-stock items under Rp 3.000.000 attract standard delivery charges quoted at checkout.
Outside Jabodetabek: Available for select regions. Shipping costs vary by destination and will be quoted before order confirmation. Installation is not included—customer is responsible for assembly or hiring local help.
2. Production & Processing
Custom Furniture: Approximately 14 working days (may extend for complex designs).
Ready-Stock Items: Same or next business day after payment confirmation.
3. Delivery Scheduling
Once production is complete, our team will contact you to schedule delivery. A delivery window (date and time slot) will be agreed upon. Kindly ensure someone is available to receive the order.
4. Delivery Expectations
- Items are delivered to ground floor unless lift access is available.
- Installation (where included) is done on-site; ensure installation area is accessible and clear.
- Any access restrictions (narrow stairs, no lift, etc.) must be disclosed beforehand—additional charges may apply for difficult deliveries.
5. Order Tracking
We will provide updates on production progress via WhatsApp. Delivery tracking (if available through our logistics partner) will be shared once the order is dispatched.
6. Missed Deliveries
If you miss a scheduled delivery, please contact us immediately to reschedule. Repeated no-shows may result in re-delivery fees.
7. Damaged Shipments
Inspect items upon delivery. If damage is evident, please notify the delivery personnel immediately and document with photos. Contact us within 24 hours. See our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
