A design fabricated by a third party outside Indonesia is not manufactured by Supernata and is not covered by the Supernata production warranty.

Before fabrication

Ask the local professional to verify specifications and explain its material and workmanship warranty before work begins.

An existing Indonesian order

An eligible Indonesian-order warranty remains available. Email supernata.app@gmail.com with the order number and evidence of the issue.
