Terms of Service

1. The service

Supernata provides browser-based furniture design, room planning, AI-assisted design, material estimates, project saving, and sharing. Purchasing and fulfilment are separate features available only for eligible projects in Indonesia.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure.
• Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or upload content that infringes another person’s rights.
• You are responsible for reviewing designs, dimensions, files, and shared links before relying on or distributing them.

3. Design estimates and professional verification

3D previews, dimensions, bills of materials, and quantity estimates are design aids. Before third-party fabrication, a qualified local professional must verify site measurements, structure, joinery, material standards, tolerances, safety, and regulatory requirements.

5. Intellectual property

The Supernata platform, brand, software, interface, and platform content belong to PT Dekornata Indonesia Berkarya or its licensors. You retain rights in content you upload, and grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and share it as directed by you.

6. Availability and third-party services

Features may change, be interrupted, or depend on third-party hosting, authentication, analytics, AI, payment, or communications services. Third-party services may have their own terms.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. On-screen colours and 3D previews may differ from physical materials. Our liability is limited as permitted by applicable law; nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion.

10. RAKAI credits

Every account has a free daily RAKAI allowance. To continue before it comes back, you can buy RAKAI credits. Credits are a digital feature used inside the app, not money: they cannot be exchanged for cash or moved to another account.

• Pack prices are shown in Rupiah before you pay. Payment goes through Midtrans; credits are added automatically once the payment is confirmed.
• One text message uses 1 credit. Room analysis, room design and cabinet photos use more; the amount is shown before you continue.
• A credit is used when the AI starts working. If the request fails before the AI starts, the credit returns to your balance. Once the AI has started, the credit stays used.
• Unused credits do not expire while your account is active. If we need to change this rule, we will give at least 30 days notice.
• Purchased credits are not refundable, except when a fault on our side makes them unusable. Contact us with the purchase code (RKC-…) in that case.
