Terms of Service

1. The service

Supernata provides browser-based furniture design, room planning, AI-assisted design, material estimates, project saving, and sharing. Purchasing and fulfilment are separate features available only for eligible projects in Indonesia.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure.
• Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or upload content that infringes another person’s rights.
• You are responsible for reviewing designs, dimensions, files, and shared links before relying on or distributing them.

3. Design estimates and professional verification

3D previews, dimensions, bills of materials, and quantity estimates are design aids. Before third-party fabrication, a qualified local professional must verify site measurements, structure, joinery, material standards, tolerances, safety, and regulatory requirements.

5. Intellectual property

The Supernata platform, brand, software, interface, and platform content belong to PT Dekornata Indonesia Berkarya or its licensors. You retain rights in content you upload, and grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and share it as directed by you.

6. Availability and third-party services

Features may change, be interrupted, or depend on third-party hosting, authentication, analytics, AI, payment, or communications services. Third-party services may have their own terms.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. On-screen colours and 3D previews may differ from physical materials. Our liability is limited as permitted by applicable law; nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion.

10. Supernata Credits

Supernata Credits pay for RAKAI (the AI designer) and for sharing and exports. Credits are a digital feature inside the app, not money, and cannot be moved to another account. This section applies while Supernata Credits are active for your account (updated 21 October 2026).

• Every signed-in account receives 100 free credits each month on its signup date (WIB, Jakarta time). Free credits expire when the next month’s free credits arrive. We may change or end this allowance with at least 30 days’ notice.
• Credit packs can be bought in Indonesia only.
• AI results: searches without a result and request stages that fail before delivering a result use no credits. Unused reserved credits return to your balance. If the editor reports that a cabinet could not be built after it was charged, refunds for those reports are limited to at most 3 times per account in 24 hours and must be reported within 30 minutes. AI usage: there is no daily request count limit while enough credits remain. Per-request credit limits and safeguards for rapid requests and service capacity still apply.
• AI prices follow model and search-tool usage. A maximum is shown before sending; the final charge can be lower and never exceeds the accepted maximum. Saved results and local edits without AI are free. Rate changes require at least 30 days’ notice.
• Sharing and exports cost 1 credit per action, including repeat downloads. Retrying an unfinished request does not charge twice.
• Monthly credit emails always carry an unsubscribe link.
