1. Information we collect

• Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, and phone number when you sign in or contact us.
• Project information, including furniture designs, room plans, dimensions, material selections, notes, and files you upload.
• For Indonesian orders only: delivery details and payment references (transaction IDs only, never full card numbers).
• Technical information, such as IP address, device type, browser, language, inferred country, and usage events needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Coarse country inference from a hosting request header (for example, Vercel’s country header). We do not request GPS or precise location to choose Design Mode.
• Experience preferences stored in the supernata_locale and supernata_project_market cookies so the service can remember your language and project-location choices.

2. How we use information

• Provide, save, synchronise, and share your designs.
• Personalise language, units, and project availability.
• Respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
• For eligible Indonesian projects, process and fulfil an order you place.
• Protect the service, diagnose problems, improve features, and comply with applicable law.

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers that host, secure, analyse, or support Supernata. For an Indonesian order, necessary details may also be shared with payment, production, delivery, and installation partners.

4. Project links and sharing

If you create a shareable project link, anyone with that link may be able to view the shared design. Review a project before sharing it and avoid placing sensitive personal information in project names or notes.

5. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including account continuity, security, legal obligations, accounting, and warranty records. You may request deletion unless applicable law requires retention.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. You can also change your language and project location preferences in the product.

8. International use

Supernata may be accessed from outside Indonesia. Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, subject to appropriate contractual and legal safeguards where required.
