What credits pay for, the free monthly allowance, packs, refunds and usage pricing.

Precise edits (a catalogue colour, a handle, a door side, one size with its unit) run without AI and cost nothing. Design links, size drawings, workshop packs, 3D exports, JPG downloads, and JSON backups cost 1 credit per action. Designing, saving, prices and ordering stay free.
Free credits every month
Every signed-in account gets 100 free credits on its signup date each month. Free credits expire at the next refill and are used before bought credits.
Packs
Rp 50.000 for 50 credits, Rp 100.000 for 110 and Rp 250.000 for 300, PPN included, paid through Midtrans. Bought credits never expire while you keep using your account. Packs are sold in Indonesia; an International account keeps its monthly free credits.
When credits come back
A build is charged only when RAKAI returns a usable plan. When RAKAI only asks a question back, refuses, or our AI service fails, unused credits come back. Cached product results and unsuccessful searches are free. Each design link, size drawing, Workshop pack, 3D export, JPG download, and JSON backup costs 1 credit per action. Retrying an unfinished action does not charge twice.
Spending limits and the furniture discount
There is no daily AI request count limit while you have enough credits. Each request has a spending limit, and the final charge may be lower. Bought credits spent on Paket kerja or Ekspor 3D come back as a furniture discount, Rp 1.000 each and up to Rp 250.000 per order, when you order that design from Supernata within 90 days.
