Order and track an Indonesian project
Understand checkout availability, project verification, payment, and tracking.

Supernata commerce is available only for eligible projects installed in Indonesia. International Design Mode does not show Supernata checkout, payment, production, delivery, or installation.
Before checkout
Review the 3D design, dimensions, functions, finish, quantity, and live price. Save an important final version and open the drawings when a dimension needs closer inspection. Checkout verifies that the project is eligible for Indonesian fulfillment.
During checkout
Provide accurate contact and project information. The payment flow can open in a separate secure payment tab. Do not close the original Supernata tab until it has received the result.
After the order
Use Track order with the requested order information. Production timing and status depend on the confirmed order, site details, and current terms. Final dimensions and production details must be confirmed before manufacturing.
